Adult Beginner Ballet


Ballet is a combination of control and strength of the lower body while maintaining grace and poise of the upper body.

Our adult beginner classes focus on building this strength in the core, legs and back which will improve posture, while also developing flexibility.  This class will focus on all aspects of ballet technique including barre work, centre and stretching.


This is an excellent class for students who are new to ballet and want to familiarise themselves with the techniques and terminology of ballet as well as those who are looking to build strength and flexibility.
